These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DidYouMean website and application (the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you represent that you have appropriate parental or guardian permission.
DidYouMean helps detect likely domain typos and suspicious navigation patterns to reduce phishing and typo-related risk. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Subject to these Terms, DidYouMean grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.
The Service is currently offered free of charge and may include sponsored functionality to support operations.
During onboarding, the Service may provide manual guidance for browser setting changes needed for complete app experience. After onboarding, allowed changes (including default search engine behavior) may be applied from time to time by product functionality. Users may disable relevant features through app settings and may uninstall at any time.
The Service may rely on third-party providers (including Microsoft Store distribution/updates, hosting/CDN, analytics, and support providers). Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete prevention of all phishing/typo incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DidYouMean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk to users, systems, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
